Congratulations, Barb, on the start of your new business. Will it include collectibles as well? Wish you much success!!! We're at 9 inches of snow in Mandan, I'm not too keen on getting this snow so early. Our dog Max, a yellow lab, loves it, completely buries herself and throws it in the air and runs! Our daughter traveled to Williston with her BSC team for a basketball tournament thursday right during the worst of it, thank goodness it was a three day tourney, so she's traveling home tonight - much better conditions.

Stan--- With regards to your question-- we're generally feeding by this time of the year, some producers have more grass for fall grazing, so they may not be feeding yet but we are on our operation. Maybe its a case of to many cows and not enough acres. Anyway, its kind of a mess around here, the ground isn't froze under the snow banks, which when driven through makes ruts that will probably be around till next spring. Oh well, moisture is welcome in whatever form we get it!!! We've got some subsoil moisture now so grass should take off a growing right away next spring... Thanks for being curious---- hope that gives you a little insight into our situation.. Foreeeeee.

Well we started with rain and hail, and that turned into about 8 inches of heavy wet snow, I've had my fill of shoveling already, and winter just started!
Spoke with Jim King, wished him Happy Birthday, he hit 62 today.
Andy and I will soon have a business called Mary's Corner Antiques and Collectibles open, Nov. 15th, 400 Main Street, Strasburg, ND. Lot's of new and old items to pick from.
